At Realm Academia, we make the admission process smooth, fast, and student-friendly. Whether you’re aiming for diploma programs or higher education at our global partner university (IEU Malta), just follow these simple steps.

✅ Step 1: Send Your Documents

We aim to make your journey to quality education easy and stress-free!
You can apply online directly on our website by filling out the admission form or simply email your documents to us.

Documents Required:

• Passport or valid ID document

• School Certificate (Matric/FSc or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s Degree + Transcript (for MSc applicants)

• Filled Application Form

• English Proficiency Certificate (minimum B2 level or equivalent)

Once we review your documents, you will receive:
📩 Admission Letter + 💳 Tuition Fee Invoice via email.

✅ Step 2: Pay the Tuition Fee

After receiving your Admission Letter, you need to pay the first-year tuition fee to move forward with your admission.

• Payment details will be included in the Admission Letter.

• Your Admission Letter also acts as your Invoice. However, if needed, we can issue a separate invoice upon request.

✅ Once the fee is paid, we begin the invitation and visa process for international students.

✅ Step 3: Get Your Invitation Letter

For Non-EU Students Only
Students who are not citizens of EU countries will require an Invitation Letter to begin their visa process.

Documents Required for Invitation Letter:

• Copy of International Passport

• Filled Application Form

• Proof of Tuition Fee Payment

📨 The Invitation Letter will be issued within 3–5 weeks.
It is an official document confirming your admission and helps you with a smooth visa process by demonstrating your purpose of visit and university enrollment.

✅ Step 4: Apply for Student Visa (Non-EU Only)

If you’re a non-EU student, you must apply for a Maltese Student Visa at the nearest embassy or consulate.

💻 In many countries, Maltese visas can be applied online. Check with your local Maltese embassy or consulate for exact procedures.

Required Documents for Visa:

• Completed Visa Application Form

• Two passport-sized photos

• Valid International Passport

• Travel Medical Insurance

• Proof of Accommodation in Malta

• Proof of Financial Support

• Tuition Fee Payment Receipt

• Official Invitation Letter from Realm Academia

• English Language Proficiency Certificate

• Paid Visa Fee Receipt

✅ Step 5: Arrive in Malta

Once your visa is approved, book your flight and send us your ticket details at least 5 working days before arrival.

✈️ Our representatives will:

• Pick you up from the airport

• Accompany you to your accommodation

• Help you finalize your admission within 1–3 working days

After that — your classes begin right away!
