Exam & Assignment Guidelines
At Realm Academia, we value discipline, integrity, and performance. To help you stay on track, here are the official exam and assignment rules for all students using our Learning Management System (LMS).
1. General Overview
All assignments and exams will be conducted online via LMS portal.
Students are responsible for checking course timelines and deadlines regularly.
Submissions will be graded by your course instructor within 5–7 working days.
Plagiarism or academic dishonesty will lead to strict penalties, including suspension or expulsion.
2. Assignment Guidelines
How to Submit:
Go to your course dashboard.
Navigate to the “Assignments” section.
Click “Upload Assignment” for the relevant topic.
Accepted formats: .pdf, .docx, .pptx, .jpeg (for scanned work).
Always double-check your file before uploading.
Late submissions are accepted only with prior permission from the instructor.
3. Exam Guidelines
Exam Types:
Quizzes: Conducted weekly or bi-weekly after each module
Midterm Exams: 30% of total course grade
Final Exams: 50% of total course grade
4. Grading & Results
Assignment and exam results will be published under your “Grades” section in the LMS.
You’ll also receive instructor feedback on where to improve.
Final grades are calculated based on:
Assignments – 20%
Class participation & attendance – 10%
Midterm Exam – 30%
Final Exam – 40%
5. Re-Submission & Retake Policy
Assignment Re-submission: Allowed only once with instructor approval.
Exam Retake: Allowed if you score below 50%, but only after instructor approval and a valid reason.
Additional fee may apply for final exam retakes.
