Responsibilities:
Administrative – Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Staff Coordination – Support staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Record Management – Maintain employee files, correspondence, and official documents.
Communication Handling – Answer calls, respond to emails, and coordinate internal/external communication.
Scheduling – Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
Dedicated, honest, and trustworthy
Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00
A valid car driving license is a plus
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
