At Realm Academia, we value discipline, integrity, and performance. To help you stay on track, here are the official exam and assignment rules for all students using our Learning Management System (LMS).

1. General Overview

• All assignments and exams will be conducted online via the Realm Academia LMS portal:
  www.realmacademia.top/lms

• Students are responsible for checking course timelines and deadlines regularly.

• Submissions will be graded by your course instructor within 5–7 working days.

• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty will lead to strict penalties, including suspension or expulsion.

2. Assignment Guidelines

How to Submit:

• Go to your course dashboard.

• Navigate to the “Assignments” section.

• Click “Upload Assignment” for the relevant topic.

• Accepted formats: .pdf, .docx, .pptx, .jpeg (for scanned work).

• Always double-check your file before uploading.

• Late submissions are accepted only with prior permission from the instructor.

Deadlines:

• Assignment deadlines are strict.

• Submit  on the due date.

• Late submission penalty: 10% deduction for each day (up to 3 days max).

Assignment Format:

• Use clear headings, subheadings, and bullet points where needed.

• Include your name, student ID, and course title on the cover page.

• Minimum word count (unless otherwise stated): 500–1000 words.

3. Exam Guidelines

Exam Types:

• Quizzes: Conducted weekly or bi-weekly after each module

• Midterm Exams: 30% of total course grade

• Final Exams: 50% of total course grade

How to Attempt:

• Exams will appear in the “Exams/Quiz” section of your LMS.

• You must start and complete the exam within the allocated time.

• Exams may include:

  • MCQs

  • Short answers

  • Case-based analysis

  • Essay questions

Proctoring Rules:

• Some exams may be live-proctored on Zoom (you’ll be notified in advance).

• Keep your webcam ON during the exam.

• Sit in a quiet room with good lighting and internet.

Prohibited During Exams:

• Switching tabs or windows (auto-flagged)

• Using mobile phones or unauthorized notes

• Getting help from others

Violation = automatic fail or retake under strict conditions.

4. Grading & Results

• Assignment and exam results will be published under your “Grades” section in the LMS.

• You’ll also receive instructor feedback on where to improve.

• Final grades are calculated based on:

  • Assignments – 20%

  • Class participation & attendance – 10%

  • Midterm Exam – 30%

  • Final Exam – 40%

5. Re-Submission & Retake Policy

• Assignment Re-submission: Allowed only once with instructor approval.

• Exam Retake: Allowed if you score below 50%, but only after instructor approval and a valid reason.

• Additional fee may apply for final exam retakes.
